Llyswen is perfectly situated on the Cardigan Bay coast with an uninterrupted sea view.
This holiday cottage is modern and beautifully finished with everything you could need for a relaxing break by the sea. With excellent parking for three or more cars, the whole family can get together for the ultimate break away.
Offering four spacious kingsize bedrooms plus a twin room, you receive the luxury of a hotel stay with the convenience of having everyone under the same roof. The contemporary kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining, complete with breakfast bar, a formal dining area and social space. Moving outside, the terrace enables you to step out from the open plan kitchen diner for a breath of sea air and sit with a glass of wine watching the dolphins make their way across the coast.
Each luxurious bedroom boasts large windows letting in plenty of light, with most bedrooms delivering a spectacular sea view, so you can wake up to watch the waves rolling in on the bay. The master bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for a quiet minute to yourself soaking up the view.
Conveniently, Gwbert Hotel and The Cliff Hotel and Spa are a short walk away so you’re never too far from a member of staff, delicious meal should you not feel like cooking or wish to make use of the excellent spa facilities. Llyswen has an annex situated below the property, so a member of staff is close by should you ever need anything. There is no direct/linked access from Llyswen to the annex and it has a separate entrance and driveway for complete privacy.
With the Cardigan coastal paths just a short walk away, you have adventure on your doorstep. From dog-friendly beaches to local attractions for the kids, you’ll have earned a soak in the hot tub by the end of the day! Situated in an enclosed walled garden, the outside space is the perfect sun trap for a summer’s evening, so you can sit and relax on the contemporary rattan whilst planning the rest of your trip.

The hot tub is available for use until 10pm daily. Please respect our neighbours.
Breaks at Llyswen are available for a minimum of 7 nights during school holidays.
