Inside, a welcoming entrance lobby with pool table sets the tone for sociable stays. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with separate utility, a second kitchen, and a spacious dining room and lounge ideal for shared meals and evenings together. Accommodation on this floor includes five en-suite double bedrooms, a king-size bedroom, a family bedroom with king-size bed and bunk beds, and a family bathroom. Upstairs are three additional double bedrooms, one with an en-suite.

Outside, guests can unwind in the hot tub and swim spa (available until 10pm daily) or relax in the outdoor seating area with outdoor kitchen. The property also offers parking for up to eight cars, an EV charger, free Wi-Fi, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, and optional daily towel changes. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge.

Please note there are steps into the house, so it is not step-free. The main garden is not fully enclosed, though there is a secure shaded yard at the rear. The property enjoys estuary views rather than direct sea views and is located very close to Patch Beach.
